What is your check in and check out time?

Check in is from 3pm, but you are always welcome to enjoy a lunch or drink in the restaurant prior to check in.
Check out is 12am. Late Check-out on request if possible with a small fee

Do you require a prepayment?

Due to the amount of 'no shows' we have to ask for 50% pre-payment for your stay.

Your booking will not be valid until we have received the pre-payment and we reserve the right to cancel the booking if the payment is not received within seven days after the booking.

You will find the payment details in your booking email and we will send a confirmation email as soon as we have registered your payment.

What is you cancellation policy?

You may cancel free of charge until two weeks before arrival. You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel within two weeks prior to arrival. There is no refund for early check out.

How many can stay in a room?

Our rooms are suitable for 2 adults and one baby cod (child 0-3y) or an extra bed (child 3-12y). If needed, please remember to add the baby cod (free) or extra bed (extra cost) in your booking.

Are you pet friendly?

We welcome small to medium dogs, who are well trained and on a leash outside of the room. Please let us know when you book and be aware that we do charge a small extra fee for pets.
